There are two main testing centers for exam certification. They are Thompson Prometric and Pearson Vue. Please note that your choice of exam center may very depending on your certification exam. See below for additional details.

Beginning in 2008, Microsoft Learning is partnering with Prometric for the exclusive delivery of the Microsoft professional certification and Microsoft Dynamics exams. NOTE: Pearson VUE will discontinue selling Microsoft professional certification exams after August 31, 2007. To accommodate those who purchase Microsoft professional certification exams through August 31, 2007, Pearson VUE will continue to administer the exams through December 31, 2007. Pearson VUE will discontinue selling and administering Microsoft Dynamics exams after December 31, 2007.
Effective starting August 1, 2007, Pearson Vue has been chosen as the exclusive certification testing vendor for all Cisco exams. Starting August 1, all Cisco exams will be delivered only through Pearson VUE Authorized Test Centers.
